lunchhhh!

- 2 slices of whole grain bread - 160 calories

- Avocado - 100 

- A slice of light cheddar cheese - 36

- Two slices of tomato - 10?

- A really thin slice turkey ham - 50? 

Total= 356. 

And oh, then I ate an apple, which is like 50 calories.. 406 calories total :) 

the best part of this is that my family was eating nasty-cream-shrimp pizza while I was eating this, LIKE A BOSS :)
